As part of this initiative, the Samhan Heritage Hotel is being constructed in the Samhan District, a 2 km² natural palm grove.
The 5-star hotel offers a traditional Najdi hospitality experience while combining the past with the present, with 135 guestrooms and suites beautifully appointed in Najdi style — traditional timber ceilings, adobe material finishes, and traditional Najdi patterns reflected in walls, windows, doors and fabrics.
